Project Description

We were awarded for the construction of a 10-bedroom extension including internal courtyard and fit-out works to the existing 200-year old listed building.

The nursing home remained fully operational throughout construction which required the team to develop and implement a dust control plan with the stringent health & safety requirements of this live healthcare environment adhered to at all times.

All associated site works and landscaping were also undertaken by Conack and the project was completed on programme and within budget.
