Paula Shinners was recognised among the AIBF Top 5 Women in Business!

Paula Shinners, Construction Director at Conack Construction in Limerick, has been honoured as one of the AIBF Top 5 Women in Business 2025 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation. Since Conack’s founding in 2008, Paula has led the integration of cutting-edge digital project-management tools, enabling real-time collaboration across multiple sites and ensuring transparency with clients and stakeholders.
Under her stewardship, the firm has achieved multiple LEED and BREEAM certifications, pioneered initiatives to bring more women into technical roles and delivered landmark schemes that balance design excellence with environmental responsibility.
Over her decade with Conack, she has driven strategic growth in education, healthcare, commercial, and residential projects – always placing sustainability and community engagement at the heart of every build.
