Larisa Mirauta joined Conack as an EHS Advisor in October 2025 and has since worked on both the St. Vincent’s Dermatology and Dublin Bus Broadstone projects. Coming from a background in electrical and mechanical safety, Conack provided an opportunity to expand her experience into civil works and the management of multiple trades on large-scale construction projects. Leticia Matos joined Conack as a Quality Manager in mid-2025, bringing experience primarily from the residential construction sector. Since joining the company, she has embraced new challenges beyond her previous area of expertise, expanding her knowledge and experience across a wider range of project types. Amber Ferns, a 2024 TUS graduate in Quantity Surveying, shares how her career with Conack has been invaluable in building her skills as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor. Starting as a Junior QS during her third-year placement, Amber gained hands-on experience on projects like Colbert Train Station and Ardhu Apartments in Limerick. Now, as a full-time graduate, she has also worked in Conack's estimating department, which has given her a comprehensive view of her field. Amber appreciates Conack’s supportive environment, where guidance is readily available, making her feel comfortable seeking help and growing professionally.
