Due to continued expansion, we now require Junior Quantity Surveyor’s for full time, site based roles in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor in the cost management of multiple projects.
- Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor with the management of payments to subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with company systems and procedures.
- Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor with the preparation of CVR reports.
- Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor in the change control process.
- Prepare tender packages to be sent to key subcontractors and suppliers.
- Liaising with key subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that the scope of packages is accurately captured.
- Tender analysis of packages.
- Assist in tender submissions.
Skills and Experience
- Degree Qualified
- At least 2+ years’ post graduate QS experience.
- Reporting to Senior QS
