Project Description

The works comprised of the construction and fit-out of a 4-storey office building which conforms to LEED Gold Rated Standard, with external roof plant area and an ESB sub-station with switch room and all associated site works.

Hamilton House Phase 4 forms part of the Hamilton House Development situated at Plassey Technology Park, the largest suburban office location in the Mid-West Region.
