Project Description

Construction of 1,858m2 industrial unit including fit-out works to office and external works. The project consisted of the construction of concrete yards with precast walls, class 1 full retention separator and offices.

All internal walls had extra sound insulation qualities and all works had to comply with environmental standards required by the EPA for recycling plants.

All associated site works and landscaping was also undertaken by Conack. The project was completed on programme and within budget.
