Project Description
Our team carried out a major extension of the Premier Inn Hotel near Dublin Airport, carried out in three phases. The largest phase included constructing a six-floor, 54-bedroom extension. Preceding this was a restaurant extension and new hotel commercial facilities, while the initial phase involved converting the existing meeting room. The combined works comprised a total gross floor area of 8,586m².
