Project Description

The primary target of this project was to complete an energy upgrade to achieve an A rated BER (Building Energy Rating) certification throughout the building.  Installing new windows and doors both internally and externally along with new ceilings, floors and joinery took place to promote energy efficiency. Reconfiguration of staff welfare facilities by way of a new link corridor provided a new connection to the main building and canteen improving accessibility for all.

As part of the scope of works extensive mechanical, electrical, and security upgrades took place across all rooms, ensuring the building’s systems are both modern and efficient.
