During 2023, Conack began exploring options for a new electronic system to manage our health and safety records more effectively. After thoroughly researching several solutions available on the market, we chose the HammerTech safety management software.

HammerTech is an all-in-one platform designed specifically for the construction industry, supporting comprehensive safety management across projects. At Conack, we use HammerTech for:

• Safety Document Management: Storing and organising safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and compliance records.

• Communication and Collaboration: Enabling clear communication between teams and stakeholders to support coordinated safety practices.

• Task Management: Assigning, tracking, and resolving safety-related tasks and corrective actions efficiently.

By integrating these capabilities, HammerTech has improved our safety performance, strengthened regulatory compliance, and enhanced overall site management efficiency. In less than 14 months, it has become a central part of our company culture.

Our goal was to implement a system that could be adopted across all projects, ensuring accurate safety information is always available in real time. A key requirement was that the system would cover all aspects of our safety processes—not just individual elements such as inductions.
