Lighthouse Charity Visit Conack’s St. Colman’s Site in Rathdrum

Last week, Conack welcomed a Lighthouse Charity construction site visit to our St. Colman’s project in Rathdrum. The session provided valuable insight into the supports available within the construction industry and reinforced the importance of looking after our own.

Representatives from Lighthouse Charity met with our site team to deliver an engaging and practical presentation focused on wellbeing, mental health awareness and industry-specific support services.

Supporting Wellbeing in Construction

The Lighthouse Charity construction site visit created an open and supportive environment for discussion. Team members had the opportunity to learn more about the confidential resources and guidance available to construction workers and their families.

Construction can present unique pressures. By hosting sessions like this, we help ensure that our teams understand where to turn if they need assistance. Raising awareness is a critical step in creating a safer and more supportive workplace culture.

Looking After Our Own

At Conack, safety extends beyond physical protection. It includes mental wellbeing, peer support and fostering a culture where people feel comfortable speaking up. The Lighthouse Charity construction site visit reinforced this message clearly and positively.

We would like to thank the Lighthouse Charity team for delivering such a meaningful and informative session. We also thank everyone on site who took the time to attend and actively participate.

Initiatives like this reflect our continued commitment to supporting our people and promoting wellbeing across every Conack project.
