Project Description

The project consists of the redevelopment of a 900sqm 2 storey Administration Building located in Roxboro, Limerick. The new structure contains office spaces and other facilities for over 200 Bus Eireann Employees.

Groundworks includes piling and underground services, structural steel frame, comflor and concrete slabs to first floor and roof slab, external cladding, internal partitions, passenger lift, all internal finishes and roof based plantroom. Minor external works includes paving and street furniture.
