Project Description

The Broadstone redevelopment project involves the refurbishment and adaptive reuse of four existing buildings within the wider Broadstone site to provide modern office accommodation and training facilities. The development includes the conversion of the Furniture Store, Unit Store, Procurement Building and Training Centre, combining heritage restoration with contemporary workplace design.

The project will deliver approximately 4,073 m² of office accommodation together with upgraded training, meeting room and support facilities. Works include new mezzanine levels, roof and structural repairs, window refurbishment, new landscaped courtyard areas and associated site infrastructure upgrades.

Additional works include new car and bicycle parking, mechanical and electrical installations, a new ESB substation and all associated external works. The development will create a modern and sustainable working environment while preserving the character of the existing Broadstone buildings.
