Towlerton Medical Building Visit Inspires Future Construction Talent!

As part of the Access to Apprenticeship programme, students from The Technological University of the Shannon recently took part in a Towlerton Medical Building visit hosted by Conack Construction. The visit offered students valuable insights into the modern construction process, our company’s operations, and potential career pathways within the construction industry.

This educational experience marked an important step toward their future careers, giving them firsthand exposure to site activity, safety protocols, and project delivery at scale. At Conack, we believe strongly in nurturing the next generation of skilled professionals and the Towlerton Medical Building visit is one way we actively support that commitment.

Located in Limerick, Co. Limerick, the Towlerton Medical Building is a five-storey, 5,529 sq.m healthcare facility currently under construction by Conack. The building will house a wide range of diagnostic services, including MRI, PET-CT, X-ray, CT scan, and mammography. The site also includes purpose-built consulting rooms, treatment areas, offices, and support spaces designed to meet the evolving healthcare needs of the Mid-West region.
