Project Description
New build 95 bed multi-storey CNU extension to the existing St. Colman’s hospital, consisting of 3 x 25 Bed Households and 2 x 10 Bed Dementia specific Households, new Main Entrance, central link corridors, ESB station and Switchroom, tie-in and refurbishment of existing building, additional surface carparking, service yard, circulation roads and associated landscaping.
