Conack is pleased to announce the commencement of construction on the Greenpark Apartments, a new residential development located in Limerick. This project represents an important addition to the city’s housing infrastructure and will provide high-quality homes in a well-connected and established urban setting.

The development will comprise two modern apartment blocks — one rising to five storeys and the other to four storeys. In total, 86 new homes will be delivered, offering a balanced mix of one-bed and two-bed apartments designed to support a diverse community of residents, including singles, couples, and small families.

In addition to the residential units, the project includes a range of public open spaces, landscaped areas, and associated ancillary works.
