Lighthouse Charity Visit Knockrabo Project for Wellbeing Session

The Conack team at our Knockrabo project in Dublin recently welcomed a Lighthouse Charity Knockrabo visit focused on mental health and wellbeing within the construction industry. The session encouraged open discussion and highlighted the importance of supporting positive mental health across construction workplaces.

The talk was extremely well received by everyone on site. In addition, it generated strong engagement and positive feedback throughout the session.

Supporting Mental Health in Construction

The wellbeing session created an opportunity for the workforce to discuss mental health awareness within the construction sector. Importantly, open and honest conversations like these help encourage support, reduce stigma and remind people that help is always available.

Furthermore, creating supportive site environments remains an important part of promoting positive wellbeing across the industry.

Positive Engagement Across Site

The construction wellbeing session in Dublin received very positive feedback from the project team. Throughout the session, team members actively engaged with the discussion and shared valuable perspectives.

In addition, initiatives focused on mental health continue to play an important role in supporting workers and promoting healthier workplaces across the sector.
