This October, Team Conack will take on the Camino for Cliona’s Foundation, walking 95 kilometres over four days to raise vital funds for families of seriously ill children across Ireland.

From 18–23 October 2026, our team will complete the challenge in support of Cliona’s Foundation, helping to provide practical financial assistance to families when they need it most. Every step taken will help raise awareness of the incredible work the charity carries out every day.

Cliona’s Foundation provides direct financial support to families caring for children with serious illnesses. This assistance helps ease the financial pressures that often accompany long hospital stays, travel costs and other essential expenses.
