Project Description
The project involved the construction of a new single-storey manufacturing facility in Springhill, Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork to adjoin the existing facility which was originally constructed in 1997. The existing park was also extended.
The Phase 1 expansion comprised production space, cleanrooms, and warehouse. There was also an extension to the existing welfare facilities on site. Additional ancillary buildings and site infrastructure to support the manufacturing operations were also included as part of the proposed development.
