Project Description

This project for St. Joseph’s Residential & Respite Facility consisted of the demolition of old buildings on site, the construction of a 17 classroom and 18-bedroom respite residential facility for young people with Autism & Asperger’s Syndrome.

This facility consists of four separate residential care units, craft centre, equestrian centre and associated site development and infrastructural works.

All associated site works and landscaping were also undertaken, these included new entrance way to the site, complete with access road and car parking facilities, new site services and on-site sewage percolation area and surface water attenuation tank.
During this project, we worked closely with conservation architects due to the nature of some of the buildings on site.
